<p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">離心泵和自吸泵的區別主要是：自吸泵安裝前灌滿泵腔后就能把水吸上來，以后不需要再加引水,泵體比離心泵大很多自身帶有儲水功能，具有一次引水終身自吸的功能，而離心泵是起到增壓的作用，液位必須比泵高要能流到泵體里面來才能啟動，如果液位比離心泵低只能在進口管道吸入口安裝底閥把泵和管道里面灌滿液體才能達到自吸輸送功能，或者在進口安裝虹吸筒。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 自吸泵均采用軸向回液的泵體結構。離心泵體由吸入室、儲液室、渦卷室、回液孔、氣液分離室等組成，離心泵正常啟動后，葉輪將吸入室所存的液體及 吸入管內中的空氣一起吸入，并在葉輪內得以完全混合，在離心力的作用下，液體夾帶這氣體向渦卷室外緣流動，在葉輪的外緣上形成一定厚度的白色泡沫帶及高速 旋轉液環。氣液混合體通過擴散管進入氣體分離室。此時，由于流速突然降低，較輕的氣體從混合液體中被分離出來，氣體通過泵體吐出口繼續上升排出。脫氣后的 液體回到儲液室，并由回流孔再次進入葉輪，與葉輪內部從吸入管道中吸入的氣體再次混合，在高速旋轉的葉輪作用下，又流向葉輪外緣。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 離心泵一般由電動機帶動，在啟動泵前，泵體及吸入管路內充滿液體。當液體進入泵殼后，由于蝸殼形泵殼中的流道逐漸擴大，液體流速逐漸降低，一部分動能轉變為靜壓能，于是液體以較高的壓強沿排出口流出。與此同時，葉輪中心處由于液體被甩出而形成一定的真空，而液面處的壓強Pa比葉輪中心處要高，當葉輪高速旋轉時，葉輪帶動葉片間的液體一道旋轉，由于離心力的作用，液體從 葉輪中心被甩向葉輪外緣(流速可增大至15～25m/s)，動能也隨之增加。</span></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p> </div>
